Adam Hunt Adam Hunt is a technology leader and social entrepreneur who empowers under-resourced communities to drive solutions for the world’s most pressing challenges. As a technology founder, Adam leads a cross-cultural team building the Enable Platform, which empowers entrepreneur and farmer support organizations worldwide to deliver personalized training, mentoring, and impact measurement. He also serves as fractional CTO overseeing the food fortification and traceability platform for a leading global malnutrition nonprofit.
Adam is a co-founder of ONOW, a social enterprise based in Myanmar, where he spent 12 years designing tech-enabled solutions to facilitate personalized training and coaching to over 15,000 small businesses. ONOW remains a go-to partner for implementing entrepreneurial programs across Southeast Asia, collaborating with multilateral institutions including USAID, International Finance Corporation, UNCDF, UN Women, and the Myanmar Ministry of Agriculture.
As a mentor and advisor, he works with startups, incubators, and nonprofits in several sectors to strengthen their technology strategy and scale their impact.
With nearly two decades of experience in software and cybersecurity, Adam brings deep technical expertise grounded in data privacy and compliance. His unique perspective comes from extensive experience operating in complex, fragile, and conflict-affected environments. As an eager language learner, he has obtained working proficiency in Burmese and continues studying languages to better serve diverse communities.

Tim M. Harris II has earned a Master’s in Multimedia from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Indianapolis, and also a doctorate in Counseling. He has over 15 years of professional experience in international business relationships. As a supply chain expert, he is the managing member of H&F Logistics, LLC and Kid Glove Service, LLC and is the International Director of Harris & Ford, LLC, HF Hong Kong Holding Co. Ltd., HF International Qingdao Trading Co. Ltd., and HF de Mexico S.R.L.
Tim’s professional interests focus on professional comprehension in Global Strategic Sourcing, Business Principles, Accounting, Financing, Market Analysis, Cost Management, Business Management, International Shipping, and commerce. His other interests include Business & Personal Mentorship, Philanthropy, and Personal Counseling.

Thomas E. Shafer III, CFP is an Executive Director and Private Banker at J. P. Morgan Private Bank, based in the Indianapolis office and covering families across the country. Tommy has a passion for mentoring individuals throughout their careers and notably those from underrepresented backgrounds and circumstances- and continues to build on the strong J. P Morgan Chase & Co and J P Morgan Private Bank and community impact. He went to Lawrence North High School in Indianapolis and has since his returning to his Indianapolis hometown in late 2023 from New York City, he and his wife Suzanne are excited to raise their daughters Ruby and Navy, among an established network of community, friends, and family in the area.
